Our Care/Support Workers

All of our care/support workers have been through stringent recruitment checks and completed a robust internal training programme before they are allowed to deliver care/support unsupervised. Once working with service users, our care/support workers are monitored, undergo regular supervision and attend training updates on a planned basis. Care/support workers work towards a recognised vocational qualification in care, ensuring a highly skilled workforce.
