Our Service Users

Our service users are at the heart of our care and support services. The procedures we have in place ensure that they are encouraged to participate in the assessment and care planning process. We work in partnership with our service users, their relatives, friends and carers, our purchasers and other health and social care professionals to design and develop a bespoke package of care to support the unique needs of each individual.
