Quality Standards

Our care workers work within the UKHCA Code of Practice as well as our own stringent quality standards.

Our employees are required to undergo training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the demands of their role. Regular ongoing supervision enables us to monitor that the required standards are being maintained.

Our offices are inspected regularly by our industry regulators. This is supplemented by our own internal quality monitoring procedures, including service user, staff reviews and questionnaires.
